Home - Production Processes - Forging
Production begins with a rod of raw material, such as stainless, alloy, or carbon steel, which is first inductively heated to the necessary temperature and inserted into a suitable forging tool. Using a forge with a built-in tool, the workpiece is transformed into the desired shape by pressing.
After forging, the semi-finished products are trimmed to give them the desired shape and other specified properties. More complex and larger forgings are usually additionally machined.
We produce raw rods from M10 to M42, 500 mm in length.
